Despite Fleer‘s official press release that stated Troy Glaus was removed from the Tip of the Cap set, these cards indeed made their way to the secondary market. They are serial numbered like the rest of the cards in the set. We believe the white swatch cap is an error as all the rest that have surfaced were the dark swatch.
