Sandy Koufax (card #162) was not intended for public release, but a few slipped into the secondary market. One particular seller had 5 of these that were auctioned off. Known to exist are cards serially numbered 0205/1755, 0222/1755, 0223/1755, 0224/1755, 0228/1755, and 0649/1755.
